Balanced Brainiac

Balanced Brainiac is an earthy breakfast tea blend that is crisp, energizing, refreshing, balancing, and nourishing to the brain.  It combines Assam black tea, Tulsi, peppermint, Brahmi, eucalyptus, lemongrass, rosemary, gingko, gotu kola, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, licorice and thyme.  Sweeten to taste with jaggery or sugar.  This blend goes great with milk!

2 oz. of this blend makes approximately 14 cups of tea.

Brewing Instructions:

Fill tea bag to taste, using the minimal amount necessary to get the tea strength that you like.  Steep for 5-7 minutes- longer if you add milk.
